Weekly Workout 7/23-7/29

Today begins Week 4 of Philly Marathon Training! Each week I get more and more excited for my FIRST marathon. 118 days until I am waiting at the start line with Melissa and Ashley!

Monday July 23:
Insanity Cardio Power

Tuesday July 24:
Speed workout
1mi warm up, 5 x 1000m (7:54 pace) with 400m RI, 1mi cool down
NTC Shoulder Shaper

Wednesday July 25:
Insanity Pure Cardio and NTC Ab Ripper

Thursday July 26:
6 mile Tempo Run (4 miles @ 8:35 pace)

Friday July 27:

Saturday July 28:
11 mile long run (9:08 pace)

Sunday July 29:

I also decided to steal one of Runningbun‘s workouts by doing a plank a day! Sorry Ash! 🙂
