NTC Fighter Fit

Thursday July 26:
6 mile Tempo Run (4 miles @ 8:35 pace)
5 mile Tempo (42:53)

Friday July 27:

Saturday July 28:
11 mile long run (9:08 pace) 11.01 miles (1:54:07)
NTC Cardio Killer, Ab Blast, Arm Definer (45min)

Sunday July 29:

A little hard to understand but the red is what I ended up doing. It wasn’t the greatest week but I am hoping Week 5 will be better!
