Monday was considered Week 5 😉

Tuesday August 7:
Speed workout
1mi warm up, 3 x 1200m (8:00 pace), 4 x 800m (7:35 pace) with 2 min RI, 1mi cool down
NTC workout Shoulder Shaper  & 30min cardio circuit

Wednesday August 8:
Insanity Core Cardio & Balance and NTC Ab Ripper

Thursday August 9:
5 mile Tempo Run (8:35 pace)

Friday August 10:

Saturday August 11:
14 mile Long Run (9:08 pace)

Sunday August 12:
