I had to give the Insanity DVDs back to their rightful owner (coworker/friend Nick) so NTC is taking over!

As you know, I had to take this week off due to an injury, or what I like to call a minor knee temper tantrum. My knee is feeling a lot better and I am going to start Week 6 over again today with an alternate speed workout since I got last week’s in before I got injured and repeat Week 6’s plan for my tempo and long run. Wish me luck!
