Weekly Workout (Wk 7) 8/20-8/26

I am hoping the knee is even better this week but it still hurts so that is doubtful. I am going into Week 7 with the hopes that the doctor today (appt at 230, wish me luck!) doesn’t tell me to “rest up!” So this week is like any other running week unless the doctor tells me otherwise.

Monday August 20:
NTC 45 minute cardio circuit
Abs

Tuesday August 21:
Speed workout
6 x 800m (7:35 pace) 90 Sec RI
NTC workout Shoulder Shaper

Wednesday August 22:
NTC 45 minute cardio circuit
Abs

Thursday August 23:
8 mile Tempo Run (6 @ 8:20 pace)
Kickball

Friday August 24:
Rest day

Saturday August 25:
14 mile Long Run (9:08 pace)

Sunday August 26:
NTC 45 minute cardio circuit
