Speed Workout
2x (6 x 400m – 7:45 pace)
90sec RI, 2min 30sec btw sets
Arms workout

Thursday August 30:
6 mile Tempo Run (3 @ 8:00 pace)
Abs

Friday August 31:
Rest day

Saturday September 1:
15 mile Long Run (9:08 pace)

Sunday September 2:
Rest Day
