45 30min Elliptical/Bike

Wednesday August 29:
Speed Workout
2x (6 x 400m – 7:45 pace)
90sec RI, 2min 30sec btw sets
6.25 miles (55:15) 400m speed work
Arms workout

Thursday August 30:
6 mile Tempo Run (3 @ 8:00 pace) 2.33mi (21:20)
15min NTC strength circuit

Friday August 31:
Rest day

Saturday September 1:
15 mile Long Run (9:08 pace)
4.11mi (33:36)

  • I ended up running my 15 miler today instead of Saturday. We weren’t able to rent a bike for Tim until this morning and I didn’t go to NJ prepared to run 15 miles solo (i.e. no water bottle/belt).

Sunday September 2:
Rest Day
