I love Fall and fall-inspired food. This week I am posting my Top 5 recipes that I have come across and actually made this fall. In no particular order:
- Pumpkin Overnight Oats
If you are lazy like me sometimes, I suggest substituting old fashioned oats for a quick preparation. Old fashioned oats can be microwaved with water for 5 minutes instead of stove top for 30 minutes.
- Caprese Spaghetti Squash with goat cheese medallions- I found this delicious recipe on Melissa Runs. I am not an experienced cook and this was easy to make and so yummy!
- Pumpkin Bread with pumpkin icing- A pinterest find!
