Week 16 WW Recap

Again, this week was not as successful as I’d like. I am STILL waiting for my cortisone shot to kick in (crossing my fingers).

Monday October 22:
Rest Day

Tuesday October 23:
6 x 400m (7:35 pace) 1 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down (5.01 mi, 44:06)
Jamie Eason’s Quads & Calves

Wednesday October 24:
Cardio (15 min elliptical)
Jamie Eason’s Back, Biceps, & Abs
30 min biceps and shoulders workout

Thursday October 25:
Tempo run 6 miles (3 @ 8:00)
Jamie Eason’s Hamstrings, Glutes, & Calves

  • My knee was killing me all week so I decided to rest today and sit on the kickball sideline.

Friday October 26:
Off- Tim’s Birthday!!

Saturday October 27:
18 mile long run attempt at whatever pace my body wants

  • No long run AGAIN!

Sunday October 28:
Rest Day- I’ve had a lot of these lately
