Weekly Workout (Wk18) 11/5-11/11

Due to my lack of complying to my weekly workouts since my injury, I am now putting together a rather vague plan so that I am more likely to get them done. Most would call it cheating. I say you do what you have to do. 🙂

Thursday November 8:
Cardio
Strength Training

Friday November 9:
Rest Day

Saturday November 10:
Maybe run?

Sunday November 11:
Rest Day
