Monday December 10:
Physical Therapy- 10 minutes on the Arc Trainer
Rest Day

Tuesday December 11:
Elliptical – 60 minutes
Back & Biceps – 20 minutes
Squats/Push ups Tabata (8 rounds of each) – 8 minutes

Wednesday December 12:
Physical Therapy- 10 minutes on the Arc Trainer
NTC- 30 minutes Get Tones Circuit Challenge

Thursday December 13:
Elliptical- 30 minutes
Chest/Shoulders/Triceps- 25 minutes

Friday December 14:
Spinning- 45 minutes
Legs- 15 minutes

Saturday December 15:
Rest Day

Sunday December 16:
Elliptical – 5 minutes (thanks to my boyfriend rushing me off)
Back & Biceps – 20 minutes

Total miles – 0
Total minutes – 278 minutes (48 minutes more than last week!!!)
