Friday December 28:
Physical Therapy
Arc Trainer – 15 minutes

Saturday December 29:
Arms Circuit – 5 minutes
Cardio Circuit – 5 minutes

Sunday December 30:
Rest

I had a lot of pain with my knee and ankle this week and took it easy.

Total miles – 0 miles 
Total minutes – 179 minutes (110 minutes less than last week)
