Physical Therapy
20 min Lean Legs workout
CrossFit WOD (8:53)

Friday January 11:
Rest Day

Saturday January 12:
CrossFit WOD (100 pushups for time, 2:55)
CrossFit WOD (100 jumping jacks for time, 1:34)

Sunday January 13:
1 mile run (9:50)
21 min Elliptical (intervals)

Total miles – 1 miles 
Total minutes – 334.5 minutes (185.5 minutes more than last week!!!!)
