Weekly Workout Wrap Up (4/8-4/14)


Sorry for the late post but I was in Florida until late last night and didn’t have a computer and I was definitely not trying to post this on my iPhone. Florida pics to come!

Monday 4/8

  • CrossFit WOD

Tuesday 4/9

  • Outdoor Tempo (3.11 miles, 24:38, 7:55/mi avg)- It was so hot out this day that I finished my run so fast so I could get back inside into the air conditioning. I decided to then finish up with intervals on the treadmill
  • Treadmill intervals (10x (200m @ 7:03, 30 second rest), 5x (200m @ 6:49, 30 second rest) Total of 3000m
  • CrossFit WOD

Wednesday 4/10

  • Rest Day (travel to Florida)

Thursday 4/11

  • Tempo Run (6 miles, 48:07)
    • Splits (8:14, 8:08, 8:03, 7:58, 7:49, 7:51)

Friday 4/12

  • Rest Day (Florida)

Saturday 4/13

  • Out of the box CrossFit WOD- 10 rounds of 10 pushups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats
