Monday 6/17

  • Rest Day- I traveled to Huntsville, Alabama for work and due to 6 hours of delays, I didn’t get into Alabama until midnight. No working out for me!

Tuesday 6/18

  • Speed Work (5.01 miles, 40:30)
    • 1/2 mile warm up @ 9:13, 3x(1x800m @ 7:41 (60sec RI), 2x400m @ 7:03 (60sec RI)), 1/2 mile cool down @ 9:00

Wednesday 6/19

  • Rest Day- Another day of travel and delays!

Thursday 6/20

  • Trail run with hill work (7.06 miles, 1:02:18)
  • CrossFit WOD (included 4x200m “sprints”)

  • CrossFit WOD

Saturday 6/22

  • 5k race “Elkton on the Move 5k” (3.14, 23:07)
    • 3rd female overall, 1st place in my age group!

  • Rest Day
