Sorry for the lack of posts this past (long) weekend! I was with family and friends in NJ and enjoying my busy, yet relaxing holiday weekend. Posts about my weekend to come!

Tuesday 7/2

  • Push Press (work up to 1RM)
    • Warm up- 1×8 reps @ 33#, 1×8 @ 43#, 1×8 @ 53#
    • 1×1 @ 63#, 1×1 @ 73#, 1×1 @ 78#, 1×1 @ 88#, 1×1 @93#(PR!), 1×1 @ 103# (PR!), 1×1 @ 108 Failed
  • CrossFit WOD

  • Deadlift (work up to 1RM)
    • Warm up- 1×8 @ 45#, 1×8 @ 65#, 1×8 @ 85#
    • 2×3 @ 95#, 1×2 @ @105#, 1×2 @115#, 1×1 @ 120#, 1×1 @ 125# (PR!), 1×1 @ 130# (PR!)
  • Out of Box CrossFit WOD
