Weekly Workout (Wk14) 10/8-10/14

Monday October 8:

Tuesday October 9:
5 mile easy run
NTC circuit

Wednesday October 10:
Speed Work
8 x 800m – 7:41 pace
90 sec RI
Strength Training

Thursday October 11:
7 mile Tempo Run (5 @ 8:20 pace)

Friday October 12:
Rest Day

Saturday October 13:
Long Run
18 miles

  • My friend is running the Baltimore Marathon so I am planning on running some of it with her to keep her company

Sunday October 14:
Long Run Recovery Day

Hopefully this isn’t another overly ambitious week for me since I have only run 12 miles in the last 2 weeks. :/
